| The TELFORMULA IRad (In-situ radical assisted deposition) is based on the design of the ground-breaking TELFORMULA and incorporates a proprietary damage-free plasma source to enable low temperature film deposition for 300mm wafers at the 45nm technology node and beyond. The IRad plasma technology can also be combined with TEL's molecular layer deposition (MLD) technology to make ultra thin, conformal films possible in a batch reactor. |
