Job DescriptionThis
person will be responsible for implementation, management and
maintenance all aspects of the third party quality and continuous
improvement certification programs. They will direct and coordinate
the internal and external audit system. This person will act as
liaison with internal and external parties on matters relating to
the quality system and product quality. Manage Corrective and
Preventive Action (CAR and PAR) programs.
Maintain and manage the statistical process control (SPC)
system. Represent the
SPC system to our customer as needed. Project and lead the
implementation of future quality needs of the company.
Report these needs to upper management on a regular basis.
Additionally, they will make systems to meet the company needs
including writing work instruction & procedures as needed.
