Job Description

Lead development and production teams from a technical and cost basis. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to design manufacturing processes. Demonstrated experience in product development and project management is preferred.

This person will develop manufacturing processes and systems for new and existing product. Interface with internal and external customers to determine and apply technical solutions. Reviews blueprints, plans, and other customer documents to determine the following: manufacturability, prepare cost effective manufacturing process, and develop and prepare estimates on manufacturing process and components and evaluate cost factors. Provides technical services to customers regarding manufacturability of proposed new designs. Maintains product and process information, (BOM, Route) using the company ERP system. Design and perform engineering studies, tests and experiments. 

BS Degrees in Engineering or equivalent. Majors in mechanical, chemical, electrical or material science preferred.
