Support CNC machining manufacturing. This position will have ownership of equipment and processes for machining quartz glass on CNC and manual mills, lathe, grinders and other machine equipment. 

Requires BS in Engineering and min. 4 yrs exp. Preferred experience includes CNC mill and lathe programming, Solidworks drafting, Mastercam programming, strong working knowledge of CNC machining set-up and operation. Machine calibration technology such as Ball-Bar and Laser measurement.  Machine maintenance troubleshooting and repair. Product metrology such as CMM and other equipment. SPC and Lean manufacturing.
